Sessions are 75 minutes *unless noted
Players should attend all sessions for their grade

Boys Travel Evaluations


Boys 4th - 10/10 - WHS 6:30 pm, 10/17 - WHS 6:30 pm

Boys 5th - 10/16 - McCall 6:30 pm, 10/23 - McCall 6:30 pm

Boys 6th - 10/18 - WHS 7:30 pm* (finish at 8:30), 10/27 - WHS 3:00 pm

Boys 7th -   10/18 - WHS 8:30 pm* (finish at 9:30), 10/20 - WHS 12 noon

Boys 8th - 10/11 - WHS 7 pm, 10/13 - WHS 3 pm, 10/20 - WHS 3 pm

Girls Travel Evaluations


Girls 4th -  10/24 - McCall 6:30 pm, 10/27 - WHS 1:30 pm

Girls 5th -  10/10 - McCall 6:30 pm, 10/17 - McCall 6:30 pm

Girls 6th -  10/10 - McCall 8 pm, 10/17 - WHS 8 pm

Girls 7th - 10/16 - McCall 8 pm, 10/25 - WHS 7:30 pm

Girls 8th -  10/17 - McCall 8 pm, 10/23 - McCall 8 pm


Please find below some IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • Winchester High School gymnasium is on the 2nd floor (WHS).
    • Drop off your child in the semicircle on the LEFT side of the building (as you face WHS) closest to the railroad tracks. All players must ENTER THROUGH DOOR #7 and proceed immediately up the stairs to the gym on the 2nd floor.
    • Please pick up your child at the same location when their program ends.
  • McCall is the gym at McCall Middle school.
  • Travel evaluation players, please arrive a few minutes early (15 or so) in order to check-in and receive your pinnie for use during the evaluations.
  • All players should wear a good pair of basketball sneakers, shorts and a t-shirt. In addition, each player should bring their own water bottle (with their name clearly displayed).
  • Finally, your child should stay home if they have any of the following symptoms (within 24 hours of their basketball event):
    • Fever (temperature of 100.0 deg F or above), felt feverish, or had chills
    • Cough – (not due to other known cause, such as chronic cough)
    • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Headache when in combination with other symptoms
    • Muscle aches or body aches
    • Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
    • Fatigue when in combination with other symptoms
    • Nasal congestion or runny nose (not due to other known causes, such as allergies) when in combination with other symptoms
